This bright chicken and vegetable roll stands out on the festive table. The spicy tomato sauce adds spice to the dish.

It is necessary

  • - 500 g of minced chicken;
  • - 100 g of hard cheese;
  • - 200 g green beans;
  • - 150 g of carrots;
  • - 3 tbsp. spoons of a mixture of onions and sage;
  • - black pepper and salt - to taste.
  • For the sauce:
  • - 1 teaspoon of Worcester sauce;
  • - 1 clove of garlic;
  • - 350 g tomato paste.

Instructions

Step 1

Grate the cheese. Combine chicken and cheese in a bowl. Add the sage and onion mixture. Season with pepper and salt and stir.

Step 2

Bring water in a saucepan to a boil. Blanch the beans in it for about 3-4 minutes. Drain, rinse the beans with cold water and drain again. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater.

Step 3

Grease a small baking sheet, spread the foil over the entire area. Spread half of the chicken mass evenly over the surface of the dish. Place some of the beans on top, flatten.

Step 4

Then sprinkle with grated carrots over the entire area. Sprinkle so as to completely cover the beans - this forms a bright ball in the roll. Spoon all remaining beans and cover with chicken on top.

Cover the dish with oiled foil on top. Bake in the oven for 50 minutes at 150 degrees. After baking, let cool for 5 minutes, then unfold the foil.

Step 6

While the roll is baking in the oven, prepare the hot tomato sauce. Place the tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce in a saucepan and crush the garlic. Boil the mass. The sauce is ready.

Step 7

Cut the chicken roll into pieces and serve with the sauce.
