A juicy salad of multicolored sweet peppers, tender crab sticks, grated hard cheese, aromatic herbs and canned beans is a great snack that will decorate any family or holiday table. At the same time, it goes well with any porridge, potatoes or pasta, and also complements meat or fish side dishes.
It is necessary
- • 3 sweet bell peppers of different colors;
- • 1 pack of crab sticks;
- • 300 g of hard cheese;
- • 300 g canned red beans;
- • 1 pinch of salt;
- • 50 g of mayonnaise;
- • ½ bunch of dill or herbs.
Instructions
Step 1
Wash, dry and peel three colored peppers from the inside of the stalks, seeds and partitions. Cut the remaining pulp into medium cubes using a very sharp knife and place in a deep salad bowl. Note that you can take three peppers of the same color, this factor will not in any way affect the taste of the salad, but at the same time will make it less bright, beautiful and elegant.
Step 2
Defrost crab sticks, chop randomly, but not too finely and put on pepper cubes.
Step 3
Open the jar of beans, carefully drain all the liquid (we no longer need it) and put the beans themselves in a container with pepper and crab sticks.
Step 4
Rinse dill or parsley greens under running water, dry from excess water and chop finely with a knife. You can take not one type of greens, but several, taking into account the taste preferences of the whole family.
Step 5
Grind the hard cheese with a coarse grater and, together with the chopped herbs, put in a salad bowl with beans, peppers and crab sticks. You can also add finely chopped green onions to the salad.
Step 6
Mix everything, then season with salt to taste and mayonnaise, mix again, leave for 5-10 minutes, sprinkle on smaller salad bowls and serve with your favorite side dish.
