Banana Oatmeal Cookies

- 4 bananas;
- 400 grams of oatmeal;
- sunflower seeds to taste;
- raisins.
Grind bananas in a blender, add oatmeal, raisins and seeds. Mix thoroughly, leave the mass to stand for at least 10 minutes, so that it grabs better. You can bake these cookies on foil, baking paper or a silicone mat. Put in an oven preheated to 170-180 degrees for about a quarter of an hour. Cookies can be considered ready when they are browned and golden around the edges.
Other ingredients such as dried fruit, nuts or cocoa can be added to these cookies.
Bran pancakes
Pancakes or bran pancakes are very popular among those who are losing weight. And here is the recipe:
- 2 tablespoons of bran (you can use pre-soaked oatmeal);
- one and a half tablespoons of low-fat cottage cheese;
- one egg.
