Chicken salad turns out to be spicy and tasty. This dish is perfect for any occasion, as well as a family snack.
It is necessary
- - chicken leg 1 pc.;
- - bell pepper 1 pc.;
- - tomato 1 pc.;
- - cucumber 1 pc.;
- - green onions 3-4 feathers;
- - celery 2 stalks;
- - soy sauce 3 tbsp. spoons;
- - hot chili pepper 1 pc.;
- - sesame seeds 2 tbsp. spoons;
- - sugar 0.5 teaspoon;
- - black peppercorns 4 pcs;
- - apple cider vinegar 2 tbsp. spoons;
- - vegetable oil for frying.
Instructions
Step 1
Grind the chili and peppercorns in a mortar. Add soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, and sugar to the peppers. Stir.
Step 2
Wash the legs, separate the meat from the bones, cut into strips. Cover with soy mixture for 15 minutes. Wash bell pepper, tomato, cucumber and celery, cut into strips. Wash the onion and cut into pieces.
Step 3
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, fry the chicken pieces. Put vegetables and chicken in a salad bowl, mix. season the salad with a mixture of vegetable oil and soy sauce. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
