  • - salmon fillet - 800 g;
  • - fresh tomatoes - 3 pcs.;
  • - cheese - 100 g;
  • - olives - 4 tablespoons;
  • - garlic - 2 cloves;
  • - fresh pestle - bunch;
  • - olive oil - 4 tablespoons;
  • - lemon - 0.5 pcs.;
  • - pepper and salt to taste.

Instructions

Step 1

Wash, clean and gut the fish. In order to cut salmon into fillets, do the following manipulations. After placing the carcass on a cutting board, make an incision under the gills with a sharp knife. Using a little effort, cut off the fish's head. Then separate the fins and tail. Make a fairly deep cut along the back of the carcass. Now cut off the fillets on both sides of the ridge.

Step 2

Prepare a blender, put olives, peeled garlic cloves, a part of parsley and three tablespoons of olive oil into its container. Process food with a blender.

Step 3

Use a baking dish to cook salmon with olives and tomatoes. It can be silicone or metal, and can be used with a ceramic coating.

Step 4

Place the salmon fillet in a mold, pour over the remaining olive oil, salt and pepper to your liking.

Wash the tomatoes in running water, cut them into circles of medium thickness. Cheese, preferably low-fat, grate.
