It is necessary

  • - 500 grams of feta cheese;
  • - 3 pcs. large tomatoes;
  • - 1 large onion;
  • - 3 cloves of garlic;
  • - 1 bunch of parsley or cilantro;
  • - 1 can of pitted olives;
  • - 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil;
  • - 2 tablespoons of lemon juice;
  • - 3 tablespoons of any ketchup;
  • - 1 teaspoon of adjika;
  • - 1 tablespoon of butter;
  • - 1 teaspoon of vinegar 3%;
  • - half a teaspoon of oregano;
  • - salt and ground pepper - to taste.

Instructions

Step 1

The tomatoes are washed with running water, scalded with boiling water and carefully peeled off. Cut the pulp into small cubes.

Step 2

Cheese is cut into thin slices, sprinkled with ground pepper on top and fried in a preheated pan with butter for six minutes.

Step 3

Garlic is cleaned, washed and chopped using a special press. The olives are cut into thin slices.

Step 4

The onions are peeled, washed in running water, cut into rings and fried in sunflower oil over a high flame for five minutes.

Step 5

Mix garlic, tomatoes and olives. Season them with vegetable oil, sprinkle with lemon juice and vinegar on top.

Step 6

Salt the finished snack, sprinkle with spices, mix gently and let it brew for five to seven minutes.

Step 7

Before serving, cheese is laid out on a serving plate, a mass of garlic, tomatoes and olives and golden onion rings are placed on top. Prepared ketchup and adjika are mixed separately and poured over the finished dish with this mixture. Top can be decorated with a sprig of greenery.
