Crispy Italian bread with delicious slices of green olives and black olives on the cut is a completely independent dish. Hot freshly baked bread is eaten instantly! In addition, it is very healthy, as it contains whole grain flour, which is rich in trace elements.
It is necessary
- - 1, 5 teaspoon dry yeast;
- - 200 grams of white wheat flour;
- - 200 grams of whole grain flour;
- - 1 teaspoon of salt;
- - 1 tablespoon dried oregano (oregano);
- - 1, 5 tablespoons of milk powder;
- 1 tablespoon (15 grams) butter
- - 320 ml of water;
- - half a can of green olives and pitted black olives.
Instructions
Step 1
Pour dry yeast into the bowl of the bread machine. Pour all dry ingredients on top - sifted flour of two types, salt, milk powder, oregano. Add oil and pour in water. It should be borne in mind that the design of some bread makers provides for the reverse order of laying products - first liquid, on top - dry.
Step 2
Place the bowl in the bread maker. Whole olives and olives, without cutting, put into the dispenser; if there is no such in the design of the bread maker, then add them to the dough during kneading. Set the baking mode for whole grain bread (or kulich) - a long 5-hour mode with the dough standing. The baking process itself should take at least 40 minutes.
Step 3
Remove the finished bread from the bowl, wrap it in a towel and stand for 20 minutes - otherwise the pulp will stick together when cutting.
