Pasta is the perfect choice for an Italian dinner. It turns out to be very tasty and appetizing. Shrimp will add nutrients and flavor to the dish.

- - pasta 250 g;
- - peeled shrimps 400 g;
- - 3-4 garlic cloves;
- - onion 1 pc.;
- - cream 1 glass;
- - Parmesan cheese 300 g;
- - olive oil 30 ml;
- - butter 30 g;
- - flour 2 tbsp. spoons;
- - seasoning for shrimp;
- - salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Boil the paste according to the instructions. Rinse the shrimp under running water, discard in a colander.
Step 2
Peel the onion and garlic, chop. Heat olive oil in a skillet. Sauté the onion and garlic until golden brown.
Step 3
Then put the shrimps in a frying pan, fry over high heat for 5 minutes. Remember to stir continuously.
Step 4
Fry the flour in a separate skillet. Add butter and cream and bring to a boil. Season with salt and pepper. Cook the sauce for 2-3 minutes. Then combine the shrimp sauce.
Step 5
Add seasoning, half grated Parmesan, then stir well. Put the pasta on a plate, top with the shrimp sauce. Decorate with herbs.
