- - 50 g butter;
- - 2 cloves of garlic;
- - 700-800 g of shrimp;
- - 3 tbsp. l. chopped parsley;
- - 200 ml of cream;
- - salt to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Melt the butter in a deep frying pan, put the garlic in it and simmer a little.
Step 2
Add cream to the garlic, stir well and bring the sauce to a boil.
Step 3
Rinse and peel the shrimp and add to the sauce. Simmer for about 9 minutes.
Step 4
Add the parsley to the pan and stir well again.
Step 5
Remove the shrimp from the pan and let the sauce simmer until it thickens a little.
Step 6
Put the shrimp back in the sauce and simmer for another 2-3 minutes. The dish is ready.
