Caramelized pumpkin tartlets are a very light and delicious dessert. It will be appreciated even by those who do not really like pumpkin. The syrup turns out to be so aromatic that not many people recognize the taste of pumpkin.
It is necessary
- - chopped pumpkin - 250 grams;
- - tartlets from puff yeast-free dough - 4 pieces;
- - mint syrup, cognac - 2 tablespoons each;
- - fruit sugar Mistral, butter - 1 tablespoon each;
- - pistachios, cinnamon, any berries - for decoration.
Instructions
Step 1
Melt the butter in a saucepan, lay out the pumpkin, sprinkle with sugar, cover.
Step 2
After a couple of minutes, add mint syrup to the pumpkin, turn the pumpkin pieces over, and simmer for another couple of minutes. Then pour in the cognac, sprinkle with cinnamon. Simmer under a lid over low heat for five minutes.
Step 3
Turn off the heat, leave the pumpkin to cool directly in the aromatic syrup.
Step 4
Now put the pumpkin pieces in the tartlets, sprinkle with berries and nuts, pour over the syrup. Dessert is ready to serve!
