Step 1

Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender. Puree the potatoes and add the butter and dill. Stir until smooth.

Make a dough. Beat the egg, sugar and salt with a mixer. Add sour cream and beat well again. Mix yeast with warm milk and a tablespoon of flour and sugar, place in a warm place for 15 minutes until a characteristic "hat" is formed. Combine yeast with sour cream. Add flour and knead the dough. Cover the dough with a towel and leave in a warm place for 1 hour to rise.
