Mix yeast with warm milk and a tablespoon of flour and sugar, place in a warm place for 15 minutes until a characteristic "hat" is formed. Combine yeast with sour cream. Add flour and knead the dough. Cover the dough with a towel and leave in a warm place for 1 hour to rise.
Step 3
Divide the dough into small pieces the size of two walnuts. Roll each piece into a half centimeter thick flat cake. Place the potato filling in the middle of the tortilla.

Lift the edges of the dough up a little and pinch them. Turn the cake over to the other side and press down slightly with your palm. With a sharp knife, make about 2 cm thick incisions around the entire circumference with a sharp knife. Turn each piece slightly around the entire circle.
