Ingredients:

  • 300 g minced meat (chicken);
  • 2 onion heads;
  • 200 g of mushrooms;
  • 3 medium potatoes;
  • 200 g of hard cheese;
  • 2 raw eggs (chicken);
  • 40 g sesame seeds;
  • salt, spices, sour cream.

Preparation:

  1. Defrost the minced meat and place in a deep container. You can make minced meat yourself, just pass the chicken pieces through a meat grinder or scroll in a blender bowl.
  2. Cut the onion (as small as possible) into cubes and combine with minced chicken, add spices to taste and salt there. Stir until smooth and set aside for now.
  3. Chop the second onion in the same way as the first. Cut the mushrooms into small pieces.
  4. Put chopped onion in a frying pan preheated with vegetable oil, fry for 10 minutes, then add the mushrooms, stir, add a little salt and simmer until tender.
  5. Grate hard cheese on a coarse grater.
  6. Break eggs into a separate deep plate or bowl, add grated cheese and a little salt, mix well.
  7. Peel the potatoes, wash and cut into thin slices.
  8. Grease special baking dishes with any oil. Put 1 potato circle at the bottom of each cell, and put 5-6 potato circles on the sides (vertically). It will look like a flower.
  9. Pour two tablespoons of the egg-cheese mixture into each "flower".
  10. Spread all the minced chicken in the next layer.
  11. Put the fried mushrooms on top, also distributing them evenly over the cells. The potato "petals" on the sides can be neatly tweaked while the ingredients are being stacked.
  12. Then grease each "flower" with a spoonful of sour cream and sprinkle with grated cheese.
  13. Put in the oven for 15 minutes (the temperature inside is 180 degrees), then take out, sprinkle each flower on top with sesame seeds and return it back to bake for half an hour.

After the cooking time has elapsed, remove the potato flowers from the cells and put them on a plate, while they do not lose their shape and do not disintegrate.
