Chicken baked in a potato crust will perfectly complement your daily and holiday menu. Delicate chicken breast, combined with herbs and garlic, has a pleasant taste and is quite juicy. At the same time, you can change the ingredients at your discretion, creating a unique recipe.

Step 1
Take a deep cup. Rinse the greens well under running water, finely chop with a sharp knife. Grate the cheese. Toss the cheese and herbs in a bowl several times. Leave the resulting mixture.

Rinse the chicken breasts, cut them into thin longitudinal slices, no more than 1.5 cm thick. Put the chicken in a frying pan with heated oil and fry, adding pepper and salt. Roasting time should not exceed 2-3 minutes. Place the cooked chicken in a separate container.

Remove the peel from the potatoes, salt, and after 10-15 minutes squeeze out the juice. Add the egg and salt to the potatoes. Stir until smooth.
Step 4
Place a layer of potato dough in a clean frying pan, flatten with a wooden spatula and press down a little. Cook the potato pancake on one side for about 2-4 minutes, then turn the cake over.
Step 5
Place the chicken, finely chopped garlic and the cheese and herb mixture on a layer of potatoes. Wait until the second part of the tortilla is completely fried.
Step 6
As a result, take the free edge of the tortilla and place it on top of the filling, connecting the ends of the potato dough. Cook on each side for about 4-6 minutes more.
