It is necessary
- –Potatoes (2 pcs.);
- - minced chicken (220 g);
- - onions (20 g);
- - chicken egg (1 pc.);
- –Kefir (210 ml);
- –Salt and pepper to taste;
- –Hard cheese (70 g).
Instructions
Step 1
The gratin is always laid out in layers in a baking dish. The best option is to use medium-sized muffin tins with wavy edges. All containers must first be greased with a small amount of cooking oil.
Step 2
Remove the husk from the onion, rinse each onion and chop thoroughly. Spread the first layer of onions into all shapes. Then put the minced meat on the onion, not forgetting to salt and pepper to taste.
Step 3
Peel the potatoes with a knife or vegetable peeler. Rinse the tubers and grate with coarse divisions. Salt the grated potatoes a little, leave in a cup to extract juice. After 10-15 minutes, drain the juice, and squeeze the potato mass. Divide the potatoes into shapes.
Step 4
Preheat the oven, place the tins on a baking sheet and cook in the oven for about 25 minutes. While the gratin is baking, take the cheese and grate it on a coarse grater as well. After 25 minutes, remove the tins from the oven, sprinkle generously with cheese and place them back in the oven.
Step 5
After 5-7 minutes, the gratin will be covered with a dense cheese crust, which will keep the juice inside the dish. Carefully remove the molds from the oven and place them on the tray. Serve gratin warm. If desired, you can sprinkle the dish on top with any herbs.
