Step 1

Sift the flour through a fine sieve. Add baking soda and baking powder. To stir thoroughly.

The oil should be at room temperature, soft. If the oil is from the refrigerator, you can slightly warm it up, but not melt it. Beat the butter with a whisk, gradually add the icing sugar. First beat the egg in a separate bowl, then add to the butter, whisking.
