The day before, before preparing this dish, you need to prepare the beans: rinse it, sort it out, fill it with water for 12 hours.

Pour some plain water into a saucepan, add a little salt, bring to a boil. Place the soaked beans and chopped heart in boiling water. Cook for 1-1.5 hours. If you cook a dish in a multicooker, then cook on the stew mode.

Peel the onion, cut into half rings. Peel the carrots, rub on a coarse grater. Peel the cloves too, cut them or use a garlic press.

Add onions, carrots, garlic to the heart and beans. Pour in tomato juice (you can take a purchased one, but preferably unsweetened). Pepper, salt, add other spices at your discretion. Cook for another 20 minutes.
