It is necessary
- 4 eggs;
- 200 g unsalted peeled pistachios;
- 200 g sugar;
- 4 tsp baking powder;
- 120 g melted butter;
- 140 g flour;
- 70 g of white chocolate.
Instructions
Step 1
Grind pistachios in a coffee grinder with sugar. The addition of sugar is necessary, otherwise, instead of crumbs, you will get an oily mass.
Step 2
Sift flour with baking powder, mix with nuts and sugar. Add melted butter and pre-beaten eggs. Knead well and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, and preferably 8 hours.
Step 3
Grease the molds with butter and sprinkle with flour. Fill them halfway with dough - the cookies will increase in size! Preheat the oven to 230 degrees and put the cookies there for 4 minutes, then lower the temperature to 150 degrees and bake for another 5 minutes. Take out their forms only when they are completely cool.
