The recipe for sugar cookies is so simple that even those who are far from cooking in any of its manifestations will be able to bake a delicious and quick dessert on it.

- Ingredients for 25 cakes:
- - 4-5 eggs (250 gr.);
- - 250 gr. sugar and a little more for decoration;
- - 250 gr. flour;
- - 8 gr. baking powder.
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200C.
Step 2
On a baking sheet (if necessary, for two), lay out paper molds of an oblong shape.
Step 3
Beat eggs and sugar in a bowl with a mixer to make a very airy mass.
Step 4
Sift flour with baking powder, add it to eggs with sugar. Mix gently with a wooden spatula until smooth.
Step 5
We fill the molds with three-quarters dough, after 10 minutes sprinkle with sugar and send the cakes to the oven. Reduce the temperature to 180C and bake the dessert for 15 minutes.
Step 6
Decorate the cooled cakes with powdered sugar.
