Be prepared for the fact that you will have to add scones to the dish repeatedly. Cooking them is very simple and quick.
It is necessary
- 200gr. flour;
- 1 egg;
- 50 ml. milk;
- 20gr. cold butter
- A little salt, thyme leaves;
- 20 gr. parmesan cheese.
- Soda ½ tsp, slaked with vinegar.
- Rolling pin, cookie cutters
Instructions
Step 1
Mix the flour with salt, grated Parmesan and thyme.
Add diced butter and rub the dough with your hands until you get a crumb.
Then we gradually introduce milk and egg.
Knead the dough thoroughly. After the mass has become homogeneous, collect the dough into a ball, put it in a plastic bag and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Step 2
We begin to roll out the dough. It is not necessary to make the layers too thin. The optimum thickness is 1.5 cm.
Cut out the figures using cookie cutters. If there are no molds, it doesn't matter - you can use a glass. Turn the glass over and squeeze the circles out with the edges.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 200g.
Put the cut cookies on a sheet and put them in the oven for 15 minutes. Do not forget to grease the sheet with oil or cover it with parchment.
Step 4
Cut the cooled slopes lengthwise and put the filling in them. Close the top with the second half.
The filling can be any pate, fine-grained caviar, you can grate one half with garlic and put small sprats on it. Or we make the filling ourselves: grate cream cheese, mix it with garlic, add a little lemon juice and spicy herbs.
