  • - 1 chicken egg;
  • - 1 orange;
  • - 1 small apple;
  • - 1 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder;
  • - sunflower oil for deep fat;
  • - icing sugar.

Instructions

Step 1

Wash the orange well, pour boiled water over the peel. Then grate the zest using a fine grater. Peel the apple peel, grate the pulp on a coarse grater. Cut a half from an orange and squeeze the juice out of it.

Step 2

Add grated apple and zest to orange juice. Sift flour with baking powder and add granulated sugar to it. Combine flour mixture with fruit mixture. Now enter milk, egg and alcohol. Knead a sufficiently sticky dough.
