Meat appetizer "boat", despite the fact that it is prepared from meat, has a very delicate taste and is easily digestible. And if you want to make it sharper, decorate the corners with pickled vegetables. The dish is a wonderful treat for a festive table.

- - beef pulp - 0.5 kg,
- - pork pulp - 0.5 kg,
- - smoked brisket -100 g,
- - onion - 2 pcs.,
- - flour - 2 tbsp. l.,
- - milk -1 glass,
- - egg - 3 pcs.,
- - vegetable oil for frying,
- - salt,
- - ground black pepper to taste,
- - pickling cucumbers.
Instructions
Step 1
Pass all meat, including half of the smoked brisket through a meat grinder twice, add milk to the minced meat. Fry the onion until golden brown, adding flour to the frying. Cool and put in minced meat.
Step 2
Whisk eggs with salt and pepper. Mix with minced meat. Lubricate the form with butter and put the minced meat in it.
Step 3
Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 45 minutes. Turn the finished soufflé onto a platter. Peel the pickled cucumbers and cut into strips, cut the rest of the smoked brisket into thin strips. Decorate the finished dish with them.
