The recipe for colorful vegetable bread was invented by the inhabitants of Australia. The dish turns out to be not only quite exotic, but also very tasty. You can experiment with flowers by adding different vegetable ingredients.
It is necessary
- - 15 g yeast (dry)
- - 1 tsp. Sahara
- - 1 kg flour
- - salt
- - vegetable oil
- - 1 small carrot
- - 1 small beet
- - 150 g broccoli inflorescences
Instructions
Step 1
Dissolve dry yeast in half a glass of warm water. Wait until a characteristic foam forms on the surface. Prepare your vegetables.
Step 2
Grate carrots and beets on a fine grater, boil broccoli and chop with a blender. Prepare the dough.
Step 3
Mix flour with one teaspoon of sugar and the same amount of salt, add dissolved yeast and a small amount of vegetable oil. Knead the dough and divide it into three equal portions.
Step 4
Mix each part of the dough with different ingredients - beets, carrots and broccoli. You will get burgundy, green and orange blanks. Roll the resulting mass into sausages and twist them together with a pigtail. You can use other options - lay out multi-colored dough in layers or connect balls of different shades.
Step 5
Place the vegetable bread in a baking dish that has been greased with vegetable oil and lined with parchment. The original dish is baked in the oven for just 20-30 minutes.
