It is necessary

  • - flour - 250 g;
  • - butter - 300 g;
  • - sugar - 150 g;
  • - egg - 4 pcs.;
  • - baking powder for dough - 5 g;
  • - powdered milk - 1 tablespoon;
  • - milk - 100 ml;
  • - cocoa powder - 1 teaspoon;
  • - food coloring;
  • - salt - a pinch.

Instructions

Step 1

Prepare food coloring first. To do this, dilute them as indicated on the package. You can choose absolutely any color. By the way, if you don't want to use food colors, you can replace them with natural ones, for example, carrot juice, beetroot juice or spinach juice. The only difference is that the cake will not be as bright.

Step 2

Mix the baking powder with milk powder and wheat flour. Pass the dry mixture of these ingredients through a sieve several times.

Step 3

After taking out the butter from the refrigerator, let it soften, then combine with granulated sugar and beat with a whisk until a white mass is obtained. As soon as this happens, add there, but only one at a time, raw chicken eggs. After adding each, continue whisking the mixture.

Step 4

Mix the fluffy egg-creamy mass with the sifted flour mixture. Then add salt and milk there. Stir everything until you get a dough with a uniform consistency.

Step 5

Dividing the dough into 3 equal parts, stain with pre-diluted dyes. Mix it well.

Step 6

Take one of the pieces of colored dough, pinch off small pieces from it and place them in a greased baking dish in random order. At the end of this procedure, sprinkle cocoa powder through a sieve on the laid out dough and proceed to do the same with the other parts.

Step 7

Bake the dish in the oven at 180 degrees for 60 minutes. Malaysian colorful cupcake is ready!
