    • sugar (1 tbsp.);
    • flour (1, 5 tbsp.);
    • baking powder (5 g);
    • vanillin (1 sachet);
    • cottage cheese 9% (200 g);
    • icing sugar (100 g);
    • dried apricots (8 pcs.);
    • condensed milk (1 p.);
    • milk (100 g);
    • chocolate (100 g);
    • candied fruits (colored);

Step 1

Take a mixer and beat the cold egg whites into a stiff froth.
