Baking in an airfryer is quick, simple and convenient, and most importantly - with health benefits. You can bake almost anything in it, including bread, which turns out to be especially tasty compared to that which is baked in the oven.
It is necessary
-
- 560 g wheat or rye flour;
- 130 g whole grain flour;
- 405 ml warm water;
- 1 tbsp Sahara;
- 2 tsp dry yeast;
- 2 tsp salt;
- olive oil.
Instructions
Step 1
Take a container in which you will knead the dough (its height should be taken taking into account the fact that the dough will rise), pour warm water there, heated to room temperature.
Step 2
Add sugar, salt to warm water and mix thoroughly until dissolved.
Step 3
Add two hundred grams of sifted wheat (rye) flour to the resulting mixture and add yeast, stir, and then add the remaining sifted wheat (rye) and whole grain flours and mix.
Step 4
Leave the kneaded dough for three hours so that it rises, if possible, leave the covered or wrapped dough overnight on the table or in a warm place so that it fits better.
Step 5
Roll out the resulting dough and add bran or sesame seeds if desired.
Step 6
Pre-grease baking paper with olive oil and place it on the middle wire rack of the airfryer.
Step 7
Put the dough on oiled paper and brush with olive oil, also so that it does not dry out.
Step 8
Bake the bread for the first twenty minutes at 180 degrees, then increase the temperature to two hundred degrees and bake another twenty minutes until tender. Check it every ten minutes with a toothpick. If you prefer bread with a well-done crust, then increase the temperature to 235 degrees for the last five minutes. If you want to get a golden brown crust on bread, then before putting the dough in the airfryer, brush it with beaten egg or milk, or just water.
