Classic rye bread
The following ingredients are required for cooking:
- wheat flour - 250 g;
- warm water - 250 ml;
- rye flour - 150 g;
- table salt - 1 tsp;
- sugar - 10 g;
- vegetable sunflower oil - 20 ml;
- dry yeast - 1 tsp.
Put the ingredients in the container of the bread machine in the following order: water, granulated sugar, salt, oil, rye and wheat flour (these components are premixed together), dry yeast. Yeast-free fragrant rye bread
To make bread according to this recipe, you will need the following products:
- cumin - 10 g;
- water - 250 ml;
- powdered milk - 15 g;
- sugar - 20 g;
- salt - a pinch;
- allspice - 7 g;
- sourdough - 9 tbsp. spoons;
- rye flour - 400 g;
- vegetable oil - 15 ml;
- wheat flour - 300 g.
First, you need to dilute milk powder in water. Then, combine the wheat and rye flours. Next, take the container of the bread machine and start putting all the ingredients in it in this order: milk and flour mixture, sugar, salt, sourdough, butter, pepper, cumin. Then the container is installed in the bakery and the program "Rye bread" is set, the weight is indicated - 900 grams and the color of the crust - medium. Keep in mind that this recipe will rise rather slowly. But do not worry, when the cooking process is complete, you will receive a fragrant and fluffy rye bread.
Rye bread with beer
Place food in the bread maker's bucket in the following order:
- granulated sugar - 15 g;
- yeast - 2 tsp;
- honey - 5 g;
- rye and wheat flour - 250 g each;
- chicken egg - 1 pc.;
- dark beer - 200 ml;
- kefir - 100 ml;
- vegetable oil - 10 ml;
- salt - 1 tsp.
Place the container with the ingredients in the bread maker, and then set the setting to "Rye bread", crust - medium, weight - 800 grams. Now it remains to wait until the baking is ready.
