What could be tastier than a crust of freshly baked bread? Making real bread according to old recipes at home is quite difficult, and even this requires a special oven, but to help modern housewives, convenient and practical bread makers are produced, with which it is very convenient to bake any bread, loaf and buns.
Grain bread
To make bread using this recipe, you will need:
- water - 1 glass;
- vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons;
- honey - 2 tablespoons;
- salt - 1, 5 teaspoons;
- wheat flour - 150 g;
- rye flour - 170 g;
- whole grain flour - 170 g;
- dry active yeast - 2 teaspoons;
- flax seeds - 75 g;
- sunflower seeds - 40 g.
Place the ingredients in the container of the bread machine in the following order: water, vegetable oil, honey, salt, all kinds of flour and yeast. Place the container in the bread maker and select the Whole Grain Bread Program. Choose the color of the crust as you wish, but for grain bread, medium is better, since the fried crust will be too dense.
Press the start button, and after the first beep, pour peeled seeds and flax seeds into the container. Cook the bread further until the end of the program. After that, take out the container with bread, let the loaf cool, remove it from the container and remove the stirrer blade.
Borodino bread
To make this bread, you will need the following ingredients:
- malt - 5 tablespoons;
- ground coriander - 2 teaspoons;
- dry yeast - 2, 5 teaspoons;
- warm water - 400 ml;
- wheat flour - 400 g;
- rye flour - 100 g;
- honey - 1, 5 tablespoons;
- salt - 1, 5 teaspoons;
- apple cider vinegar - 2 tablespoons;
- vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons;
- coriander seeds for sprinkling.
Put malt, ground coriander, yeast, water, wheat and rye flour, honey, salt, apple cider vinegar and vegetable oil in the container of the bread machine. Put a container with food in the bread maker, select the "Borodino bread" program, weight - 1 kg. Click the start button.
After kneading the dough (about 7 minutes after the start of the program), open the lid and sprinkle the surface with coriander. Then bake until the end of the program. Leave the finished fragrant Borodino bread in the container until it cools completely, then take it out and remove the stirrer blades.
