It is not difficult to prepare a delicate butter cream for cakes and desserts. Adding food coloring during the preparation process allows you to get creative with decorating your dessert. The classic buttercream recipe, in addition to butter, includes eggs and milk.

- 200 gr. butter
- 4 tbsp. spoons of milk
- 4 tbsp. a spoonful of granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 bag of vanilla sugar
Instructions
Step 1
Pour milk into a saucepan and add granulated sugar.
Step 2
While stirring, bring the mixture to a boil.
Step 3
Beat eggs in a separate bowl.
Step 4
Whisking continuously, in a thin stream, pour hot milk with sugar over the eggs.
Step 5
Add vanilla sugar to the syrup.
Step 6
Put the mixture on low heat and, stirring continuously, heat for 5 minutes without bringing to a boil.
Step 7
Cool the mixture to room temperature.
Step 8
In a water bath, heat the oil to the consistency of sour cream.
Step 9
Remove from heat and whisk until fluffy.
Step 10
While whisking, gradually pour the milk syrup into the butter.

Whisk until smooth and fluffy.

Put the finished cream on a dessert or in a mold and cool at 5 degrees.
