It is necessary
- - cabbage 400 g;
- - onions 2 pcs.;
- - minced meat 400 g;
- - Feta cheese 350 g;
- - puff pastry 1 package;
- - vegetable oil;
- - chopped parsley 1 tbsp. the spoon;
- - ground black pepper;
- - salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Remove the top leaves from the cabbage. Chop finely. Peel and chop the onion. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet. Fry the onions until golden brown.
Step 2
Put the cabbage in the pan with the onions. Simmer the cabbage for 10-15 minutes over medium heat. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 3
Heat the vegetable oil in a separate frying pan, fry the minced meat. Fry for 5-6 minutes until golden brown.
Step 4
Cut the cheese into small cubes, mix with chopped parsley. Then add to the minced meat. Mix well. Combine minced meat with cabbage, add salt and pepper to taste.
Step 5
Cover the baking sheet with parchment. Roll out the puff pastry. Lay out the filling, wrap in a roll. Bake the roll for 30-35 minutes at 200 degrees. Serve both warm and cold.
