To bake eight muffins, you will need: 90 grams of butter, 300 grams of wheat flour, one tablespoon of ground cinnamon, three eggs, one tablespoon of sugar, 200 ml of milk, 200 grams of peeled pumpkin, 1 teaspoon of baking powder and a pinch of salt.

First, you need to mix all the dry ingredients in a deep bowl: flour (sift beforehand), baking powder, cinnamon and a pinch of salt.

In another bowl, mix eggs, milk and butter. Pour sugar into them and beat with a blender or mixer. Gently pour the dry mixture into the milk mixture and knead the mass. Next, add pumpkin to the mass, previously grated or crushed into a mushy state.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Pour the mass into the molds, leaving a little space on top so that the cake rises and does not flow out.

Bake the muffins for 25 minutes or until tender, depending on the oven.

Transfer the mass to the prepared molds, leaving about one quarter of the free space on top.

Bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
