A very quick, light, non-alcoholic cocktail. The taste is very similar to the famous traditional "Irish cream". The main difference is the absence of alcohol, which makes it possible to enjoy this taste for almost everyone without limiting the amount. The drink is pleasantly refreshing and gives a feeling of fullness.
It is necessary
- - 200 ml of milk;
- - 5 g of instant coffee (no additives);
- - 10 g of cocoa powder;
- - 1 egg;
- - 5 g vanilla sugar;
- - 60 ml of water;
- - 20 g of ice;
- - 2 pcs. strawberries (for decoration).
Instructions
Step 1
In a clean, dry cup, mix cocoa powder and instant coffee without adding water, mix everything thoroughly.
Step 2
Whisk the milk in a small blender cup. Add the egg white to the milk and beat well again. Gradually add sugar to the whipped milk and egg. Beat the mixture until the sugar is completely dissolved. You should have a light white airy cream.
Step 3
Pour boiling water over the mixture of cocoa powder and instant coffee. Mix thoroughly. Put on low heat and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and let cool completely.
Step 4
Take ice and use a blender to chop it hard. Add the cooled coffee to the egg and milk mixture and whisk again in a blender. Pour into glasses, add crushed ice and garnish with strawberries.
