Irish Cream Liqueur is a festive drink that is very sweet, soft and stringy. It is served in glasses with ice cubes, decorated with cream from a spray can.

- For eight servings:
- - 400 g of condensed milk;
- - 1 glass of heavy cream;
- - 4 eggs;
- - 1/4 cup melted chocolate;
- - 340 ml of whiskey;
- - 2 teaspoons of instant coffee;
- - 2 teaspoons of vanillin.
Instructions
Step 1
Whisk condensed milk, eggs, cream, melted chocolate in a blender. You should get a homogeneous foamy mixture.
Step 2
Add whiskey, add coffee with vanilla. Stir everything with a spoon.
Step 3
Now strain the whipped mixture to remove any coffee and egg residues that might not stir.
Step 4
Use a funnel to pour the liquor into clean glass bottles.
Step 5
Close them tightly. The Irish Cream Liqueur is ready and will keep in the refrigerator for one month. Shake well before use.
