  • - 3 balls of frozen coffee yogurt;
  • - 3 tablespoons of coffee syrup;
  • - 0.5 cups of milk;
  • - 0.25 glasses of cream liqueur.

Instructions

Step 1

Serve uncooled cream liqueur at the end of a gala dinner or lunch, after main courses, and before tea or coffee. Pour it into special liqueur glasses. They are made of glass or crystal and can be of any shape: cream-shaped, long or wide, squat legs. The main thing is small liqueur glasses.

Step 2

Drink the cream liqueur in small sips, slowly.

Step 3

If you do not like the luscious taste of the liqueur, combine it with coffee, tea, milk, cream, hot chocolate. For an invigorating drink, add a spoonful of cream liqueur to black coffee.

Step 4

Eat cream liqueur with desserts. It goes well with ice cream and fruits: grapes, bananas, oranges, apples.

Step 5

Serve the ice cream liqueur. Put two or three pieces of ice in a glass and pour in the liquor.

Step 6

Use creamy liqueurs for a variety of cocktails. Due to their thick consistency, they are perfect for layered cocktails and are part of the popular "B-52".

Step 7

To prepare it, pour coffee liqueur into a liqueur glass. Then slowly and carefully pour in the cream liqueur over an angled knife blade or the back of a special bar spoon. In the same way, pour the orange liqueur on top of the creamy one. It is customary to drink layered cocktails in one sip.

Step 8

The traditionally prepared B-52 cocktail can be set on fire. Insert a straw into the glass and drink the cocktail very quickly (while the surface is burning).

Step 9

Add very little cream liqueur to mixed drinks as a flavoring agent. In such cocktails, it replaces syrup.

Step 10

Banana cocktail. Peel and cut the banana. Then whisk it well in a blender with heavy cream, honey, butter liqueur and ice cubes.

Step 11

Creamy cocktail. Shake 10 g of Belize cream liqueur with 15 g of vodka and the same amount of dark Crème de Cocoa in a shaker, adding a few drops of cream.

Step 12

Irish mocha. Brew black coffee, chill, pour into ice cube trays and freeze in the freezer. Whisk six coffee cubes in a blender with three balls of frozen coffee yogurt, three tablespoons of coffee liqueur, half a glass of milk, and one-fourth of a glass of butter liqueur.

Step 13

Serve cocktails in tall glasses with a straw.
