Twist it in a meat grinder. Add pepper, salt to taste and minced meat. Mix thoroughly with your hand, then lift over the bowl and toss into it seven times. This will help the dish become even more tender.

Prepare the batter by taking for it:

- 2 eggs, - 8 tbsp. flour with a slide;

- 200 g of cold water;

- 0.5 tsp salt.

- 2 tbsp. vegetable oil;

- pepper, salt;

- a bunch of parsley.

Place 5 eggs to simmer. You can do it the old way or try the new one. When the eggs boil, keep them on the fire for 30 seconds and turn it off. Leave the eggs in boiling water for 10 minutes. After that, drain it, put it under cold running water. When cool, clean them.

Chop the onion and parsley finely. Mix them with minced meat. Add raw egg, milk, pepper and salt. Knead the mixture until smooth.

Take a non-stick rectangular shape and line it with foil. Put the minced meat in an even layer, on it, in the middle in a row - 5 boiled eggs. Join the edges at the top to create a sausage-like shape. Wrap the roll with foil on top, bake at 200 ° C for 50 minutes. Uncover the foil and bake the roll for another 10 minutes.
