Fruit mini-burgers will be a decoration of the festive table, and will also be very useful at any buffet table and children's party.
It is necessary
- Ingredients for making two burgers:
- - chocolate paste (thick) - 120 grams;
- - kiwi - 1 piece;
- - banana - 1 piece (if large, half is enough);
- - ripe peach - 1 piece (the peach should be soft, can be replaced with canned peach in the off-season);
- - icing sugar - 1 tablespoon;
- - a small sweet bun (the bun should be soft, like in a Berliner) - 2 pieces;
- - butter - 1 tablespoon;
- - some powdered sugar and ground cinnamon for decoration.
Instructions
Step 1
Mix chocolate paste with powdered sugar until smooth (it is better to do this with a mixer). Put in special molds, the diameter of which coincides with the diameter of the bun, so that you get two such "cutlets". Place in the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes to harden.
Step 2
Cut kiwi, bananas and peaches into thin slices.
Step 3
Melt the butter in a small saucepan, but do not bring it to a boil.
Step 4
Cut both buns. With a teaspoon, pour half of the melted butter evenly over each.
Step 5
Take the frozen chocolate paste out of the refrigerator, remove it from the mold, put the circles on the kiwi. Place a layer of bananas on top.
Step 6
Cover with the second half of the bun, pierce with a skewer. Sprinkle with icing sugar and, if desired, cinnamon powder. Mini burgers are ready!
