Salmon is a delicious fish, but what to cook from it? A tasty dish is obtained only when there is a good mood and a simple recipe. If you want to pamper yourself and loved ones, make medallions, while cooking, stock up on positive things.
It is necessary
- - 500 grams of salmon steaks,
- - 200 ml of cream (20 percent),
- - 90 grams of processed cheese (in trays),
- - 50 grams of blue cheese (for example, dor blue),
- - 25 grams of parmesan cheese,
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of vegetable oil to grease the baking sheet.
Instructions
Step 1
For the sauce. Pour 200 ml of cream into a saucepan and bring to a boil. After bubbles appear on the cream, add 1 scoop of any processed cheese (preferably creamy, no additives).
Step 2
After the cheese is dissolved, add the crumbled blue cheese, boil until the cheese is melted.
Step 3
Free the salmon fillets from the center bone and large bones. Carefully separate the skin from the meat, but only from the bottom, you do not need to completely remove it. Roll the fillets inward towards the center, so you form a medallion, wrap in leather. Secure the medallions with strong strings.
Step 4
Cover a baking sheet or dish with baking paper (parchment), grease with oil, on which place the fish medallions.
Step 5
Cover the fish medallions with the sauce. The sauce does not need to be salted, as the cheese itself will make it salty.
Step 6
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Bake the medallions for 15 minutes.
Step 7
While the medallions are in the oven, grate the Parmesan.
Step 8
Sprinkle the medallions with grated Parmesan cheese and leave in the oven for another 2-3 minutes. After the cheese has melted, remove the medallions from the fish, let it cool slightly and treat your loved ones.
