I bring to your attention a classic recipe for pork medallions with mushrooms. The dish is very elegant and will decorate any festive table.
It is necessary
- Pork pulp - 750 g
- White bread - 10 slices
- Fresh mushrooms - 250 g
- Refined vegetable oil - 75 g
- Butter - 100 g
- Flour - 75 g
- Milk - 500 ml
- Cheese - 50 g
- Egg 1 pc.
- Greens
- Ground pepper to taste
Instructions
Step 1
We cut the meat into equal portions, beat off, salt, roll in flour and fry on both sides in sunflower oil.
Step 2
We heat the oil separately. Fry the flour a little, fill it with preheated milk. Stir, trying to bring to a homogeneous mass. Bring the sauce to a boil and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
Step 3
Pour the sauce over the fried meat and simmer for another 20 minutes.
Step 4
We cut the mushrooms, simmer in butter. You can add a little black, ground pepper there.
Step 5
Fry slices of bread in a little oil. Remember to trim the rind off.
Step 6
Put the resulting croutons in a suitable dish, for example, in a deep frying pan or on a baking sheet. We spread meat and stewed mushrooms on them.
Step 7
Pour lemon juice into the uncooled sauce and add the whipped yolk. Pour the sauce on bread with meat and mushrooms, add grated cheese and send to the oven. Once the dish is ready, add the finely chopped herbs. Pork medallions with mushrooms are ready!
