The recipe for making cottage cheese bagels is very simple. It won't take a lot of cooking time. And the result will delight you with a pleasant taste.

- - butter or margarine 250 g;
- - flour 400 g;
- - granulated sugar 150 g;
- - vanillin 1/6 tsp;
- - baking powder 2 tsp

Step 1
Remove the oil from the refrigerator in advance. Mash butter and cottage cheese in a convenient container. Add sifted flour to this mixture, which is mixed with baking powder. Adjust the amount of flour on the quality of the cottage cheese. Knead a dough that is elastic, but not very tight. Next, put it in a bag and put it in the cold for one hour.
Step 2
After the appointed time, divide the dough into two pieces. Roll each part into a thin circle. Do not get carried away with sprinkling flour on the table, because too tight a dough will subsequently make the bagels too hard. Combine granulated sugar with vanilla, then sprinkle the dough pieces with it. To get the sugar hooked well, roll the rolling pin in a circle once or twice.
Step 3
Divide the blanks with a sharp knife into triangles, sectors. Roll them into bagels.
Step 4
Prepare a baking tray for baked goods. Lubricate it with a thin layer of oil. Cover it with baking paper. Place the semi-finished products on a sheet. Dip one side of each bagel in granulated sugar before placing on a baking sheet. Do not overplay with sugar, as it melts during baking, then burns on the sheet.
Step 5
Heat the oven to 180 degrees. Place a baking sheet with dough products, bake for 25 minutes on medium heat.
