  • - 40 g boiled potatoes
  • - 10 g olives
  • - 10 g olives
  • - 20 g lettuce
  • - 3 pcs. quail eggs
  • - 40 g frozen green beans
  • - 100 g of tuna
  • - 30 g cherry tomatoes
  • - a pack of arugula
  • - 40 g sauce
  • For the sauce you will need:
  • - 5 g lemon juice
  • - 5 g Dijon mustard
  • - 100 g of olive oil
  • - 100 g of vegetable oil
  • - 2 g sugar
  • - 2 g salt
  • - 2 g of ground black pepper.

Instructions

Step 1

Defrost the green beans and immerse them in salted boiling water for two minutes, then quickly cool them in cold water. This must be done so that the beans do not lose their original rich green color.

Step 2

Cut the boiled potatoes into 7x7 mm cubes. Cut the quail eggs, cherry tomatoes, olives and olives into halves.

Step 3

Cut the pre-marinated fish (salt, pepper, lemon juice, olive oil) into small pieces (about 2x2 cm) and quickly fry over high heat for 1 minute on each side.

Step 4

We wash lettuce leaves under running water and dry. You can lay them out on the bottom of the salad bowl as a whole, or you can just tear them with your hands into large fragments. Put the prepared ingredients and lettuce leaves in a salad bowl, season with sauce and mix gently.

Step 5

To prepare the sauce, put salt, sugar, mustard, pepper and lemon juice in a bowl. Add a little water to dissolve the ingredients and mix well. Pour in vegetable and olive oil and mix again until smooth.

Step 6

Before serving, put the salad on a plate and decorate with arugula. The result is a hearty and original dish with a very interesting and unusual taste.
