Instructions

Step 1

Boil young potatoes until tender in lightly salted water, cool and cut in half. You do not need to remove the skin. Cut the green beans into several pieces and immerse them in boiling water for 3-4 minutes. Cherry tomatoes can be left whole or cut into wedges.

Step 2

Rub the tuna fillet with salt and black pepper. Fry the fish in olive oil for a few minutes and then cut into small squares.

Step 3

In a salad bowl, stir well the potatoes, salmon fillets, beans and cherry tomatoes. Add olives and chopped parsley. Decorate the salad with boiled eggs, cut into several pieces.

Combine mustard with wine vinegar. Add some sugar and olive oil. The mixture must be thoroughly mixed until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Season the salad with the prepared sauce.
