Rice-stuffed apples are a great option for parents looking to pamper their kids with a delicious and healthy breakfast. It is very easy to prepare this dessert, and even adults will not be able to resist its aroma.

- - 6 large apples;
- - 150 g of any round rice;
- - 750 ml of milk;
- - vanilla pod;
- - 150 g of sugar;
- - 50 g butter;
- - a pinch of salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Boil lightly salted water in a saucepan, boil rice in it for 2 minutes and put it in a colander. In another saucepan, bring the milk with the vanilla pod to a boil, put the rice in it and cook for 20 minutes over low heat, stirring occasionally. Add 100 g of sugar to the pan, mix. After 2 minutes, remove the rice from the heat.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 200C. Grease the baking sheet with butter. Cut off the top of the apples, but do not discard it, since it will serve as a "lid". Carefully remove the core and fill each apple with rice, sprinkle with a teaspoon of sugar and add a small piece of butter.
Step 3
We close the apples with “lids” and put them in the oven for 30 minutes. Dessert should be served hot or warm, if desired, you can sprinkle apples with rice with a little cinnamon.
