Almost every mother and wife wants to pamper their family with something delicious. When there is absolutely no time for complex dishes or baking, then an excellent solution would be to prepare a cake without baking, and one of the options is a cottage cheese cake with dried fruits.
It is necessary
- - biscuits, it is better to take crispy ones - 400 - 500 g;
- - fat cottage cheese - 250 g;
- - sour cream - 150 g;
- - butter - 100 g;
- - dried fruits;
- - icing sugar - 3 - 4 tablespoons.
Instructions
Step 1
First of all, pour boiling water over dried fruits and leave for five to ten minutes for steaming. At this time, put cottage cheese, sour cream in a large bowl, add powdered sugar and mix thoroughly or beat with a mixer.
Step 2
Drain the water from the dried fruits, let them swell a little and, if necessary, grind with a sharp knife, pour them into the curd-sour cream mass, add softened butter there.
Step 3
Grind the cookies into crumbs using a blender, meat grinder or rolling pin. The form, it is better to take a detachable one for baking, cover it with parchment paper or cling film and put the crushed cookies in it, the layer should turn out to be 1, 5-2 cm. You can pour the crumbs with sweet and weak coffee or fruit juice, only this must be done very carefully so that do not wet the cake too much.
Put a mass of sour cream and cottage cheese with dried fruits on a layer of cookies, then alternate layers until the ingredients run out. The last should be a layer of cookies, which is slightly coated with curd mass.
Step 4
We send the finished cake to the refrigerator for 1-2 hours, after which we remove it, turn it over to a dish, remove the parchment or cling film and decorate it with chocolate chips, fresh berries, pieces of fruit or nuts if desired.
