Cold cottage cheese dessert with dried fruits will delight lovers of sweets in the hot season and will be an excellent healthy alternative to ice cream. The dessert is very simple to prepare. The specified amount of food is enough for 4 servings.

It is necessary

  • - milk 2, 5% - 200 ml;
  • - cottage cheese - 400 g;
  • - sugar - 150 g;
  • - gelatin - 2 tbsp. l.;
  • - cocoa (powder) - 2 tsp;
  • - prunes - 5 pcs.;
  • - dried apricots - 5 pcs.;
  • - raisins - 1 tbsp. l.
  • - salt - a pinch.

Instructions

Step 1

Pour gelatin with cold milk, stir, leave for 35 minutes at room temperature.

Step 2

Pour the milk and gelatin into a small saucepan and place over low heat. Stir constantly until the gelatin dissolves. Do not bring to a boil. Remove from heat, add sugar and salt to milk and stir. Cool the mixture to room temperature.

Step 3

Mix dried fruits (prunes, dried apricots and raisins), rinse with water. Then pour boiling water over and leave for 10-15 minutes. Drain the liquid and rinse the dried fruit well again. Cut prunes and dried apricots into small pieces.

Step 4

Mash the curd with a fork and combine it with the prepared milk mixture. Stir. Divide the curd mixture in half, add cocoa in one half, stir.

Step 5

Take small molds or bowls. Place half of all dried fruits and raisins on the bottom. Put the white part of the curd mass (without cocoa) on the dried fruits. Place the molds in the freezer for 30 minutes. Take the mold with the frozen workpiece out of the freezer. Put another layer of dried fruits and raisins on it, pour the dried fruits on top with the chocolate part of the curd mass. Place the molds in the freezer for 2 hours. Decorate the finished dessert with mint leaves. The dish is ready.
