Okroshka on kefir and narzan Wash the potatoes under running water and place in a pot of water. Cook the potatoes until tender. Peel the potatoes and cut into small cubes. Boil the eggs. Peel the eggs and chop finely. Cut the cucumbers and ham into small cubes. Rinse the radishes thoroughly under water and cut into small strips.
