Summer is coming, and this is the season for the most delicious dish - okroshka. It refreshes on a hot day and at the same time saturates the body with vitamins. Delicious, healthy and very simple.
It is necessary
- - 200-300 grams of boiled sausage, sausages or small sausages,
- - 3-4 medium sized potatoes,
- - 2 small cucumbers,
- - 8 radishes,
- - 3-4 eggs,
- - a small bunch of dill,
- - a small bunch of green onions,
- - sour cream (amount to taste),
- - kvass (quantity to taste),
- - salt (amount to taste).
Instructions
Step 1
Wash the potatoes (you do not need to peel them), rinse the eggs with water. Put the potatoes with eggs on the fire, cook until the potatoes are tender, then cool.
Step 2
Cut the finished eggs and potatoes (peel) into cubes. Cut the sausage or sausages into cubes (size to taste).
Step 3
Rinse and dry cucumbers, radishes, dill and green onions. Cut the cucumbers in the same way as all the other ingredients. Chop the dill and green onions. Cut the radish to taste, it can be into cubes or slices, if desired, grate on a grater (it tastes better).
Step 4
Transfer prepared ingredients to a large bowl or small saucepan. Pour in kvass, salt to taste. Put okroshka in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes to infuse. Serve in portions, add a spoonful of sour cream to each portion (more to taste). It is best to serve okroshka with fried small potatoes, but you can also serve it as an independent dish.
