It is necessary

  • - beef - 200 grams,
  • - potatoes - 3 pcs,
  • - radish - 5 pcs,
  • - medium cucumber - 2 pcs,
  • - eggs - 3 pcs,
  • - sour cream - 5-6 tbsp. serving spoons,
  • - green onions - 1 bunch,
  • - parsley - 1 bunch,
  • - dill - 1 bunch,
  • - salt to taste.

Instructions

Step 1

Rinse 200 grams of beef (you can take any other meat to taste), rinse with water, add a little salt and cook until tender. Put the finished meat on a plate and cool, cut into cubes (size to taste).

Step 2

Rinse the potatoes and eggs, put in a saucepan with water, put on fire. After boiling, boil the eggs for ten minutes, then remove them and place them in a bowl of cold water. After about five minutes, remove the pot of potatoes from the heat. Drain the water, cool the potatoes.

Step 3

Peel the potatoes and eggs, cut into cubes. Cut the radish with cucumbers into cubes as well. Rinse onions, parsley, dill, dry, chop and rub with salt. Put all the prepared products in a volumetric container and fill with kvass, mix, salt to taste.

Step 4

Put the finished okroshka in the refrigerator for two hours. After the okroshka has completely cooled down, remove it from the refrigerator, spread it in portions, add a spoonful of sour cream and serve. Decorate each portion of okroshka with sprigs of fresh herbs.
