- -1/2 cup flour
- -3/8 teaspoon salt
- -1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- -1 cup low fat yogurt
- - additional flour for sprinkling the work surface
- -any ingredients for filling
Instructions
Step 1
Mix 1/4 cup flour, salt, baking powder, and yogurt together. Use a mixer to stir. The dough should be sticky. Add a little more flour and form the dough into a thin pizza base.
Step 2
Place any ingredients for your pizza on top of the dough base. You can use fruits, vegetables, or meat.
Step 3
Place your cooked pizza in the microwave for 20-30 minutes depending on the power. Stop cooking when it is completely golden.
Step 4
Serve hot immediately. Ideal with tea, cola or morning coffee.
