- 2 tbsp. l. semolina;

- 1 glass of milk;

- 20 g butter;

- 2 tsp granulated sugar;

- salt.

Add semolina and granulated sugar into a deep microwave-safe bowl, add a pinch of salt and stir well.

Pour the mixture with milk, stir everything well again and put in the microwave for one and a half minutes at a power of 750 watts.

The Semolina Express recipe is perfect for one serving. If you need to make porridge for more people, it should be cooked according to a different recipe.

Then remove the dishes with semolina from the microwave, add butter, stir well and put them back in the microwave for a minute and a half to cook at the same power. After this time, stir the semolina porridge again and serve.

To make semolina porridge in the microwave according to a different recipe, it will take a little longer. This will not affect the taste of the dish, and you can feed more people with such porridge. To prepare semolina according to this recipe, you will need:

- 100 g semolina;

- 500 ml of milk;

- 1 tbsp. l. granulated sugar;

- salt.

Pour the milk into a deep bowl, with a capacity of about a liter and a half, add sugar and a pinch of salt, stir and bring to a boil, putting it in the microwave for 4-5 minutes at a power of 100 watts.

Then dilute the semolina with a little milk to the consistency of a batter. Remove the dishes with boiled milk from the microwave and pour in the diluted semolina with constant stirring.

After that, without covering, place the dishes in the microwave again for 3 minutes at a power of 100 W. Then turn the power down to 50 W and cook the porridge for another 5-6 minutes. During this time, the semolina must be mixed 2 times.

Then stir the prepared semolina porridge again, cover and let it brew for 5 minutes.

How to cook semolina caramel porridge

This delicious and unusual semolina porridge can add variety to the menu. To prepare it you will need:

- 1 ½ liter of cream or milk;

- ¾ a glass of semolina;

- 200 g of walnuts;

- 1 cup granulated sugar.

Pour 0.3 cups of granulated sugar into the peeled walnut kernels and crush them in a mortar.

Pour cream or milk into a saucepan, put on fire and, stirring constantly, bring to a boil. Then add semolina in a thin stream, stirring continuously, add crushed walnuts with sugar and cook the porridge until thick.

Utensils for microwave ovens should be made of heat-resistant material: glass, plastic, ceramics, porcelain and faience. The main thing is that it should not be made of metal and not have shiny coatings.

Then remove the semolina porridge from the heat, transfer to a microwave-safe dish, and bake in the microwave for 2-3 minutes to form a ruddy froth on top.

After that, remove the semolina from the microwave and pour the remaining sugar evenly onto the browned froth. Then put the porridge back in the microwave, turn up the heat to the maximum and, setting the timer for 3 minutes, bake the semolina until the sugar caramelizes.
