Stuffed apples are an incredibly tasty dish. There are a great many fillings for it. Apples stuffed with chicken meat always turn out to be very tender and juicy, they contain a minimum of calories and maximum benefits.

Step 1
Remove the chilled chicken from the refrigerator beforehand to bring it to room temperature. Frozen - defrost. Put the carcass in a large saucepan, pour in water, lightly salt, add bay leaves, black peppercorns and boil until cooked.

After that, remove it from the broth, cool, separate the meat from the bones and cut into small cubes. Do not mince the meat, otherwise it will not turn out so juicy.

Chop the onions finely. Wash two apples, peel and seeds, cut into small pieces. Then lightly fry the meat in a frying pan with heated vegetable oil, add onions and apples there, add a little salt and pepper.

Wash the remaining eight apples thoroughly, pat dry with a towel or paper napkins.

Then very carefully cut off the tops from them and gently scrub the cores with a teaspoon. Leave the walls intact and some pulp on the bottoms so that the apples hold their shape well.

Sprinkle the insides lightly with fresh lemon juice. This is necessary so that they do not have time to darken while you start them.
