You can first put chocolate cookies on a dish, soak them in syrup, and then put a cottage cheese dessert on them.

From the proteins that remain, prepare an airy soufflé. To do this, soak one and a half tablespoons of gelatin in 4 tablespoons of water (boiled). Beat the cooled proteins (3-4 pieces) in a blender into a strong foam, gradually, in a thin stream, adding powdered sugar (half a glass will be enough). In the meantime, gelatin will swell, add it to the proteins. Citric acid does not hurt either - just a little, on the tip of a knife. Place in bowls, sprinkle with grated chocolate or jam for light, cloudy summer desserts.
